Let's get some fun with tongue twisters!

Bonjour! Comment allez-vous?

Do u still remember, when we were in our English class, our teacher used to teach us some tongue twisters. Let's get some fun with it again, will ya? and let's see how fast can u say it. Ready? Here we go!

"P" - Peter Piper:
Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.
A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked.
If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers
How many pickled peppers did Peter Piper pick?

"W" - Woodchuck:

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck
If a woodchuck would chuck wood?
A woodchuck would chuck all the wood he could chuck
If a woodchuck would chuck wood.
"S" - She Sells sea Shells

She sells sea shells by the seashore
The shells she sells are surely seashells
So if she sells shells on the seashore
I'm sure she sells seashore shells

"S" - Silly Sally:
Silly Sally swiftly shooed seven silly sheep.
The seven silly sheep Silly Sally shooed
    shilly-shallied south.
    These sheep shouldn't sleep in a shack;
Sheep should sleep in a shed.
Let's try the longest one, shall we?
"S" - Mr. See and Mr. Saw:
    Mr. See owned a saw.
And Mr. Soar owned a seesaw.
Now See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw
    Before Soar saw See,
    Which made Soar sore.
    Had Soar seen See's saw
    Before See sawed Soar's seesaw,
See's saw would not have sawed
    Soar's seesaw.
So See's saw sawed Soar's seesaw.
But it was sad to see Soar so sore
    Just because See's saw sawed
    Soar's seesaw!

So how was it? Did u manage to twist and tangle up your whole mouth? Heheh.. it's fun rite? Yup, it definitely is. Tongue twister is not only fun way to learn english, but it is also a practical way to practise pronunciation. So let's us practise it again and again, until we could easily to say it fast :) All the best!

Ok la. See ya in my next entry!

Till then..... A bientot!
