An apple a day....

Bonjour! Comment allez-vous?

An apple a day... keeps the doctor away!!!! RedBerry takut sgt hospital. Nampak doctor pun rasa nak lari dah. Unless kalau dah sakit, terpaksa jumpa doctor tuh, nak buat camna. Pasrah... *nanges*

Anyway, the quote 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away' tuh ada benarnye. Actually it promotes us to eat fruits regularly to keep us healthy. Betul la kan? Bcoz fruits, as we always know, rich in vitamins and nutrients. RedBerry tak nak citer pasal buah-buahan yg lain. Kalau citer pasal makan apple jer, actually tak kisah la green apple ke, red apple ke... amalan makan or minum apple nih dapat mengurangkan tahap kolesterol dlm body kita. Why? Sebab dlm apple tuh ada phytonutrient yg boleh melambatkan pengoksidaan kolesterol. 

Tapi in this entry, RedBerry wanna share some information specifically on GREEN APPLE. 

Pomme verte

RedBerry suka sesgt makan green apple! This is one of my favourites. Luckily, my dear hubby also like eating green apple. Kalau beli buah apple, mmg we all tak pilih red apple. We will go for green ones. In fact, RedBerry dah suka green apple dr dulu lagi. Punye la suka, masa tunang, dlm bekas hantaran pun ada green apple! *blush* ... thanks, sayang... :)

Kalau uols tak suka green apple, tak pe. Red apple pun ok gak. Tapi jom! RedBerry nak share khasiat green apple with uols. Mana la tahu, nanti uols tergerak hati nak try green apple pulak. *grin*

Biasanye la kan, kalau uols rasa nak kureenggg kan skit berat badan uols, try la makan green apple sebiji sehari pun dah cukup. kalau taknak makan mentah, buat la jus. Sekali gus boleh mengurangkan kadar kolesterol dlm badan tau. Satu lagi kalau uols ada masalah sembelit ke, masalah penghadaman ke, jus green apple nih mmg bagus, sebab ada serat. Try la minum before taking ur breakfast. Green apple kan masam, so mmg boleh bersihkan toksik2 dlm usus. RedBerry biasanye makan camtuh jer. Kalau rajin, RedBerry blend ngan fruit juicer together with other fruits/vege i.e oranges, carrots etc. Camnie la cara nak detox cara selamat wokey. RedBerry pun kdg2 time rajin jer la buat ni sumer. Mmg berkesan. Uols try lah ye!

Dari segi kecantikan... RedBerry ada baca somewhere yg green apple nih dapat menyegarkan wajah! Hehehe.... suka la kalau bab ni ek? Tapi camna? Ohhh senang ajer...

Potong dan rendam dlm ice for 5 minutes, and then uols baring and letak atas muka for another 15 minutes. Walla!! Senang jer kan? In fact, kalau amalan kan selalu, boleh melicinkan kulit. Really??? Wow... RedBerry kena try nih!
