RedBerry's Stress Therapy

Bonjour! Comment allez-vous?

YEAR END... RedBerry fobia giler kalau year end. Apa tak nye, my company ada KPI segala bagai. Bab ni la i miss my old companies. Audit firm mana ada KPI. Cuma ngeri kalau time peak period jer. MNC... esp for those who handling tax matters, mana ada KPI. Cuma kena buat projection quarterly jer stress. Tapi company skang ni, ada KPI! uuuurrgghhhhhhh! Mencik! Ujung tahun jer, everybody kalut ngan KPI. Kalau tak achieve, bonus either kureng or terus tak dapat :(

RedBerry ada a few ways to relieve stress. kalau stress giler2 sampai tertonggeng, dah tak tahan dah, mmg RedBerry akan buat stress theraphy. Jom kita tgk, what are my ways to relieve stress. Sama tak ngan uols? :D



Stress Relieve #1 - Lepak with my husband

Normally mmg Mr RedBerry la yg org yg selalu buat RedBerry rasa tenang kalau time pressure giler. Biasa nye stress tu dtg nye dr office work la. Kalau balik keje (tak penat sgt), ajak pi lepak kat kedai mana2. Kalau weekend, mmg try to ajak him makan / lepak kat tempat best skit. Bukan apa, rasa nak dating, borak2, makan2, minum2.... basically doing nothing but... LEPAK with him.


Stress Relieve #2 - Retail therapy
From Monday to Friday, mmg hari2 rasa nak cekik boss or clients. Monday lah paling RedBerry tak suka sebab weekend mood tu still ada. Friday kan, break lama skit until 2.30pm. Apa lagi, beb... it's time for retail therapy.. sedap skit panggey camtuh. Therapy la katakan. :P kalau ada duit lebey. mmg RedBerry akan ke KLCC.. usha2 (yess.. biasanye bukan usha saja la kan :P). Beli bende kecik harga RM5 pun jadi lah. Hilang stress (kejap!). Tapi yg paling best kalau Mr RedBerry teman. Ohh bukan dia bayar, tapi i bayar sendiri. But his companion tuh buat RedBerry rasa hilang stress :)


Stress Relieve #3 - Vacation

YES! ooolalalalalalaa!!! this one RedBerry paling suka! well... who doesn't? Pegi vacation mana2 esp obersea la. Pulak tu cuti seminggu jauh2. Aduihhh.. sebulan before nak pegi tuh, dah packing. Jgn marah. hahahhaa. Punye la tak sabar kan? Kalau tahu nak pegi vacation mana2, and kita lak look forward nak pegi sana... the whole period b4 pegi bercuti tuh, mmg mood elok sesgt. Kasik la keje lebey skit pun takpe, janji lepas ni i pegi bercuti! Fuhh yg ni therapy yg paling berkesan.



Stress Relieve #4 - Watching movies

Weekend la is the best time nak lepak, tak buat apa.. and watching movies. Tak kisah actually movies or series. That's y la RedBerry selalu looking forward for weekends. Nak lepak tgk tv, tgk movie kat cinema ke.. tak kisah la. Janji dok diam2, menguyah food, husband teman kat sebelah.. layan movie. Stress ilang. Hati pun tenang. Jadi couch potato sekali sekala.. ok apa? :P


Stress Relieve #5 - Reading magazines / Storybooks

Kalau husband bz, takleh pegi bercuti, takleh nak shopping coz ongkos nya nggak ada... RedBerry akan beli either magazines or storybooks. Dok diam2, takde sapa kaco, baca jer... layannnnn. Esp kalau kena lak citer / topics yg best, mmg boleh tolong hilangkan stress!


Stress Relieve #6 - Lepak with best friends

Kalau husband takde, nak pegi bercuti takleh, nak shopping takleh, nak baca buku takde mood, nak tgk movie citer lak hampeh... sekali sekala, i will ring my frens... ajak lepak. kalau depa free then we all jumpa. Takleh ramai2, sorang dua jer cukup. Kalau ramai sgt, berserabut. Lagi stress out ada la. hahhahaa. At least kalau lepak in a small group, kita leh borak2 ngan semua. Kalau ramai pun tak guna, end up RedBerry borak ngan org kat depan and tepi RedBerry jer. Ermm...
Lebey kurang tu la yg selalu RedBerry buat kalau stress. Now, u tell me ur ways to relieve stress.
