Uols dah tgk kan my previous entry pasal Redberry dressed like a PIRATE? CLICK HERE.

In this entry, RedBerry nak share make up and accessories .. ni kira close up la. Costume ni mmg sesuai for those yg pakai tudung.

Jom kita tgk satu-satu.....

BLACK SELENDANG
RedBerry pakai selendang ni as a first base la kira nye. Ala2 rambut, and nak kasik nampak konon nye RedBerry ni ala2 pirate pakai anting2 la. Hujung selendang ni sebelah ada anting2 ni, sebelah kosong. So yg kosong tuh, RedBerry buat lilit leher. Uols yg pakai tudung boleh la try camni ye. Kata nak make sure tak nampak leher. RedBerry lilit the whole kepala and biarkan yg hujung ada anting2 ni terjurai sebelah kiri. Selendang ni Redberry selit dlm baju, so that takde la nampak cam pakai tudung.

RED SELENDANG
The Red Seledang pulak, RedBerry lilit on top of the black selendang. Yg ni takyah lilit satu kepala. tapi buat ala2 bandana gitiewww. Both hujung selendang tuh, biarkan terjurai jatuh sebelah kanan. Yg ni boleh dikatakan ala2 Gypsy. Kat tepi 'bandana' tuh, uols la letak brush mcm anting2 bollywood. Nampak la feminine and glamour skit.

From behind, nampak  camni. Kemas and nampak glamour la jugak kat kepala tu. hahahah Pirate glamour.

DARK EYES and RED LIPS

Dark eyes: Black (all over lid), Dark brown (crease), Dark green and violet (outer V corner and lower lid), MAC Phloof (brow bone), thick black eyeliner

Red Lips: MAC Lipliner in Beet & MAC lipstick in Red Russian (my new favourite l/l and l/s!!!)

Ni masa Redberry buat trial make up ni. On that nite, Redberry pakai makeup lagi pekat/dark coz malam. Nak kasik nampak la muka makeup. Tapi Redberry tak sempat nak amik close up.

OWL NECKLACE

Nak memeriahkan lagi baju tuh, pakai la necklace. Biasa nye kalau pirate, shape tengkorak kan? Tapi RedBerry ngeri lah nak pakai tu, lagi pun next time dah tak pakai jawap nya.. kalau beli shape tengkorak. So RedBerry pilih owl necklace. Takde la membazir beli kan? Next time boleh pakai lagi.

LOOSE BANGLES
Kat tangan biasa nye pirates pakai tight leather bracelet. Tapi RedBerry tak jumpa. Nasib la ada bangles yg murah ni. It costs me only RM15. Besar lak tuh. Berbaloi2....

WHITE/CREAM/BEIGE SHIRT
Biasanye pirates pakai baju besar. Loose white shirts. RedBerry tak sesuai nak pakai white, so tukar la skit, pakai kaler creamy/beige shirts. Satu lagi kalau nak nampak ala2 pirate/gypsy, pakai la tight vest. Nasib baju tu, 2 in 1... hahaha dah ada vest. RedBerry beli ni kat Metrojaya, Midvalley.




LONG DARK SKIRTS
Ni favourite RedBerry. Beli skirts ni pun bukan sebab semata2 pirate ni. Mmg nak pakai hari2 dating ngan husband pun. Skirts ni RedBerry beli kat British India.



LONG DARK BOOTS
Mula2 RedBerry nak pakai heels jer. Tapi tak elok la. Tak nampak pirate. Dok selongkar kasut2, nasib la ada boots nih. MRB pun suggest pakai boots ni, dia kata baru la PIRATE!!!

and......................... PIRATE SWORD
Toys budak2. Boleh dapat dlm harga RM2.50 jer. Janji sword ni complete my costume. *grin*

PIRATE's Nite..... Female Best Dress!

Ahoy! Matey! Are u ready to take over the sea????? Aaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......come on board me ship!!!!!

Uols! Hahahaha lama nyeee tak update blog ni. Bukan tak winduuuuuuu tapi tak nyempat2 nak menaip nye. RedBerry ada citer best nak share. Last sunday, our Group Finance ada buat team building kat Pangkor Resort. Kalau tak silap, Pantai Teluk Belanga a.k.a Pantai Puteri Dewi.

First time RedBerry sampai ke Pangkor. Beach mmg cantekkkkkk.. terbaeeeeekkkk!

Uols tahu la kan kalau dah team building, activities pun lasak2 la kan? I think most of you dah biasa dah ngan team building ni kan? Anyway, yg paling best, RedBerry nak share is our dinner. Bukan dinner biasa2 nye tau... it was PIRATE THEMED NIGHT!!! AAaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

RedBerry pun nak join sekali la.. tingin nak rasa ala2 Pirate kan... so, RedBerry pun mix and match la baju, skirts, boots and tudung yg ada. Kan RedBerry pi keje pakai tudung, so of coz la masa dinner ngan company, RedBerry kena bertudung. Nasib baik la ternampak gaya2 pirate bertudung kat youtube. Apa lagi.... tiruuuuuuuuuu laaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Guess what!! Tak disangka2... RedBerry dapat FEMALE BEST DRESS!!! wakakakaka... tu la kira highlight of the night. Hahaha... MRB pun tak caya. Hahaha

From head to toe:

Tudung/Selendang : kaler hitam - RM16, merah - RM10 (kiosk kat Giant)

Baju ala2 waitress : Brand - ZONA - RM50++ (kalau tak silap)... Metrojaya

Shawl tiga segi : RM20 (kedai kat Giant)

Skirts (this is my favourite!): RM320++ .... British India

Boots : EUR20.. lama punye, pakai masa kat paris dulu.

Accessories: 

Owl necklace - RM12++ ... KLCC

Bangles - RM15++ .... KLCC

Pirate sword - RM2.50.... kedai mainan

Ada a few readers nak tahu baper cost semua... tu yg RedBerry letak jer kat sni, so that, uols boleh la budget, kala nak dapat style camnie ye... heheh

The top 10 for the best dress award

Jom kita tgk... camna RedBerry boleh menang. Kahkahkahkah!!!

Judges (CFO, GMs,) pilih 5 lelaki and 5 pompuan. Kira adil la kan. Kalau tak semua lelaki menang la. hahaha. So for the best dress akan ada sorang laki and sorang pompuan. 

Top 5 for Female Best Dress Award

Ni semua otai2 kat company. Semua org kenal. RedBerry jer org tak brapa nak kenal coz baru jer 5 months keje kat sini. Tapi semua tuh bukan nye halangan for me. Kata dah terpilih pun dah happy sakan. Apa taknye, RedBerry tak pernah dapat lucky draw ke apa ke... sepanjang2 attend company's dinner. Sekali... that nite  dapat lucky draw and terpilih jadi top 10 ni mmg masyuk la.. wakakakka.. jakun jap!

Kalau uols pasan pix kat atas tuh, ni semua top 5 for female best dress. Semua pakai kaw kaw punye. Kalau nak compare RedBerry ngan others candidates, RedBerry punye biasa jer. Yg sebelah RedBerry tuh lagi power pakai, dia siap pi sewa costume tuh. Caya lah!

Actually semua top 10 dapat hadiah, cuma judges nak pilih the best of the best. So nak memeriahkan lagi suasana and saja nak kenakan kami ni.... MC mintak kami jalan ala2 catwalk pirate gitiewwwwwwww.... sapa yg dapat paling byk and kuat sorakan, menang!

RedBerry dah kematu dah, tak tahu nak buat camna. Ye la. RedBerry bukan nye tahu nak catwalk. Sorang2 MC panggey buat catwalk. Siap pasang lagu tuh. Free style la katakan... suka hati we all la nak buat apa kan. Haha... Last sekali, MC panggey nama RedBerry. Masa tuh dah tak kira apa dah. Janji sporting kan! Ahoy, matey!!! BRING IT ON!!! aarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

RedBerry berdiri kat tgh2 stage yg kecik tu, and moved ikut rentak lagu. Then RedBerry jalan cekak pinggang ke kiri, then pusing, sambil ambik sword. Nasib leh cabut sword tuh.. wkakakakaka..

Catwalk ala2 Pirate

Apa lagi... janji catwalk ala2 pirate kan.... RedBerry pun buat la catwalk...  tapi jalan ke belakang, sambil ikut rentak lagu. Masa ni depa gelak bagai nak rak, coz depa mmg tak sangka minah ni buat camni. Wakakaka... semua tuh RedBerry secara spontan. Siap muncung mulut tu.... Kahkahkahkah. Kalau tgk balik video, mmg memalu kan... hahhaa

Last sekali, RedBerry stop kat hujung kanan stage tuh, then tunjuk sword tuh kat MC... wakakkaka... kata dia saja nak kenakan we all.

Lepas tuh RedBerry rasa nak gelak tergolek. Apa laaa yg aku buat nih... takpe2... janji sporting kan? hahaha

Ayooo....  malu nye!!!

Ni masa MC suruh audience kasik sorakan. Apparently, RedBerry dapat sorakan paling GAMAT kat dlm hall tuh... hahahahhaa....

Chopsticks, anyone?

Uols pandai tak makan guna chopsticks? When did u start using a pair of chopsticks? Seingat RedBerry mula makan guna chopsticks masa umur 18 - 19 tahun - which was more than 10 years ago. Lambat kan? Ye lah, RedBerry org melayu tulen. Dari kecik my parents, my grannies ajar makan ngan tangan. Kalau setakat sudu tuh, reti la jugak. Tapi kalau dah nak guna dua keping kayu, nak buat makan nasi, apa citer, beb?

Walaupun dah more than a decade RedBerry guna chopsticks, sampai skang tak expert jugak. Bukan semua jenis chopsticks RedBerry pandai guna. Kalau yg panjang and jenis licin tuh, mmg surrender lah. Kalau yg kayu, yg senang nak grab food - contohnye kat japanese restaurant - yg tu RedBerry reti. Kalau kat food court kan selalu nye yg panjang dan licin, selalu nye I'd rather use fork and spoon.



Etiquette and Taboos of using Chopsticks

Uols tahu tak? Chinese mmg ada pantang larang kalau nak guna chopsticks ni. Ada jugak yg tak percaya, tapi most of them mmg jaga la bab2 nak guna chopsticks ni. Percaya ke idak.... itiewwww semua kita anggap KNOWLEDGE.

Marriage-related

Masa RedBerry study dulu, RedBerry stayed with chinese. We all semua ada 6 org dlm satu floor. 3 were Malaysian Chinese, 1 from China and another one from Hong Kong. Of coz la the 6th one was RedBerry lah. Takde la share bilik, masing2 ada bilik, cuma kena share kitchen jer. Ada sekali tuh masa tgh makan, one of them citer pasal chopsticks.

Dia kata jgn pegang bawah sgt, nanti kahwin ngan orang dekat. AND jgn pegang tinggi sgt, nanti kahwin ngan org jauh sgt. So kalau nak dapat jodoh yg tak dekat, or tak terlalu jauh, then kena pegang chopstick ngam2.

Tak tahu la sejauh mana betul nye.....


Death-related

DON'T STAB YOUR RICE.......
Yang ni mmg tragis. Kalau lepas makan, or uols tak habes makan nasi dlm bowl tuh kan.... jgn ngada nak stab your chopstick into your rice. Nampak cam rude lah. Esp kalau uols letak vertically dlm nasi tuh. Nampak mcm colok yg they all guna utk sembahyang nenek moyang yang dah meninggal. They all pantang ni, coz for them org yg hidup and dah meninggal are living in different separate worlds. So any gesture ke arah kematian ni,  mmg they all pantang sgt. Kalau uols dah habes makan, eventho tak habes nasi or apa2 food dlm bowl tuh, letak la chopstick tuh elok2 atas bowl, and make sure hujung chopsticks yg kita makan kena food tuh, pointing ke arah kita. Baru la nampak kita ada good manners. Wokey? Sopan la skit..... :D


Beggar-related

Ni mmg pantang orang cina lah. Kalau pegang chopstick masa makan, jgn nak ngada2 ketuk2 tepi bowl or pinggan wokey! Gesture tuh mcm mintak sedekah la. Kan kalau org2 nak mintak sedekah, biasanye they all akan buat bising, ketuk2, goncang2 mangkuk or apa saja la. Esp kalau nak mintak food, they all akan sentuh2 tepi bowl tuh. So, kalau kita tgh makan ngan chinese, jgn la buat camtuh ye. Pantang tuh.

Kalau nak cakap pasal pantang larang, mmg byk la. RedBerry cuma nak share a few yg RedBerry came across masa dok baca2 tuh. So far so good?


Different type of Chopsticks


Kita kalau nampak chopsticks, rasa nye mcm sama jer kan? Uols tahu ada chopstick pun mcm2 jenis. Ianye berbeza from one country to another. Unique kan? Jom usha!

Chinese Chopsticks

Chinese chopsticks are normally square at the top with a blunt, rounded end.

Japanese Chopsticks

Japanese chopsticks are normally flat at the top and pointed at the end.

Korean Chopsticks

Korean chopsticks are normally flat with rectangular end, and are often made of steel. 

Owhhh mcm itiewww ke? For those yg suka sgt Korean series/movies, mesti prasan jenis chopstick ni kan? Tak? Owwhh lupa, tgk citer Korean bukan nak tgk chopstick kan? hahahha mesti la nak tgk actor yg comey, and actress yg gorjes itiewwww kan? *wink*

Ada tiga2 jenis tuh, nampak gaya RedBerry pernah guna 2 jenis jer la. Chinese and Japanese chopsticks. Korean chopstick tu, boleh try next time kan? hehehe

Now kita dah tahu skit2 pasal chopsticks.... happy kan? So boleh la kita guna chopsticks selalu lepas nih....
