7 Days Diet Menu Plan.... Sanggup ke?

In my previous post, RedBerry ada share pasal isu berat badan RedBerry yg naik skang ni kan? That's y la tetiba RedBerry dok cari mana menu yg sesuai. Try nak practise in a week. Kalau menjadi boleh la continue. So RedBerry pun google la sana sini situ sinun. Mcm2 la suggestion nye. RedBerry try nak yg natural punye. Yg takyah makan produk mana2. RedBerry pun terbaca pasal 7 Days Diet Menu Plan. Baca punye baca,.  nampak gaya senang jer. Simple jer. But the question is.... Sanggup ke????

Jom kita tgk apa menu for 7 days tuh:

DAY 1 - FRUITS only



First day kena detox dulu body tuh. Biler nampak FRUITS... wowww no probs lah. RedBerry mmg suka fruits pun. Tapi biler nampak word 'only' .... lemah semangat. Time breakfast, makan fruits... ok la. Lunch and dinner pun makan fruits jer.... itu aje?

How?: Seelok2 nya makan fruits dr melon family i.e watermelon, honeydew sebab yg ni mmg boleh kenyang. For lunch and dinner pulak makan la assorted fruits - campur la orange, apple, berries etc.  DAY 1 boleh makan fruits sebanyak yg kita nak. Apa2 fruits ok.... but NO BANANA please.

Update - 23 May 2011: RedBerry berjaya breakfast makan fruits jer today. I had watermelon and honeydew. Minum? RedBerry minum air suam byk2. Alhamdulillah.. boleh tahan sampai kul 12pm. Tapi lunch jer, RedBerry rasa nak pitam. Lapar weeyyy. kahkahkahkah.... So RedBerry decide tak nak follow strictly la this menu. RedBerry pun beli bihun sup fishball. Hahaha.. tapi bihun pun RedBerry mintak half jer. Tu pun tak habes, sebab dah psycho nak diet. Tea break, RedBerry makan honeydew lagi. Air suam mmg tak tinggal lah. Rasa nye lebey 8 gelas today. Yes! Dinner pulak, Mr RedBerry agree nak makan sup sayur jer. So RedBerry masak sup sayur campur fishball. My favourite! Camna? menjadi ke diet RedBerry today.... ermm... dunno la.. tapi badan rasa ringan skit. :P


DAY 2 - VEGETABLES only



RedBerry mmg suka vege. Apa jenis vege lah. Ulam2 pun ok. For day 2, kalau ikut menu ni,  kena makan sayur jer. Tak kisah la nak salad jer ke... or stir fry. Yippie!!! Nampak gaya mcm takde la seksa sgt kan? Wait? Sayur je? Boleh taruk fishball tak? Kita improvise jer la. As long as minyak jgn taruk byk. Day 2 ni kira menu yg ada fibre for detox process jugak.

How?: kalau nak ikutkan menu ni, for breakfast kita reward ourselves makan baked potato. Ye lah coz Day 1 dah suffer makan fruits jer kan. Then lunch and dinner baru makan salads or lightly stir-fry vege.

Update - 24 May 2011: I know today is vege day. Tapi kata kat opis. Mana la nak menelan sayur jer, beb. So RedBerry tukar menu camnie. For breakfast, I had watermelon and green tea. For lunch, RedBerry makan bihun sup (pssstt.... ada ayam lagi tau.. kahkahkahkah... ssshhhhhhhh). Tea time pulak, RedBerry makan watermelon. Air suam semestinya wokey. Yg tu mmg takleh lupa. Kena minum. Dinner pulak, i had 'wonder sup' version ClassiqueRedBerry... cabbage + Onion + Cendawan + fishball (kena ada... or else tak selera). Again, Mr RedBerry teman me dinner makan sup sayur jer. Thanks, sayang.

Eventho RedBerry mmg tak follow sehabes mungkin the original menu, tapi badan rasa la ringan skit coz tak makan nasi *grin*.


DAY 3 - FRUITS and VEGETABLES only




Day 3 sounds much interesting. It's a combo of DAY 1 and 2 menu. Tapi for Day 3 - NO BANANA and NO POTATO.

How?: Breakfast kita start with any kind of fruits (again.. no banana please). Lunch and dinner makan salads or stir-fry vege. (again... no potato please).

Update - 24 May 2011: OMG!!! Nampak gaya RedBerry TIDAK berjaya nak habes kan menu2 ni sampai ke 7 days wokey. Today, baru jer 3rd day. Breakfast makan fruits jer today - i had papaya. Minum? RedBerry minum air suam jer. Alhamdulillah.. boleh tahan sampai kul 12.30pm. Sekali join bebudak opis pi lunch. Ingatkan ada la sup segala sup kat situ.... nak jugak order bihun sup kan? Sekali ada la sup... tapi sup for NASI AYAM wokey... tgk they all order mcm byk giler. So tukar plan, TERPAKSA ... yes mmg TERPAKSA.. amik nasik SUKU... and ikan GORENG (uwaaaa feel guilty giler)... and vege. Drink? air suam. Huhuhuhu... rasa sedey jer lepas lunch.

Bersalah punye pasal, tingat website Kevin Zahri. Ada citer pasal nak diet kena plan pasal calories intake. Since keje dah tak byk (kata dah resign), RedBerry pun usha2 la. NOW!!! RedBerry dah tahu method lian pulak. Jeng jeng jeng.... so tak jadi la nak proceed plan yg ni. Seksa. Nak tukar plan baru.

So balik tadi... i had chickeen tandoori for dinner!!!! and air bali suam.. hahhahahaa.... and I AM HAPPY!!! kenyang... burp... alhamdulillah. *grin* Nanti RedBerry share camna method baru tuh :D

Tapi kalau uols nak terus kan this 7-day-diet-menu-plan .... sile sile.. jgn malu2 and all the best!


DAY 4 - BANANAS and MILK only




Day 4 kita dah tak makan variety of fruits or vege. Tapi kita makan banana and minum milk jer. Yes... itu ajer.  Sanggup ke? Uwaaaaaaaaaa.... mmg sedih kalau ingat tuh jer. Actually DAY 4 ni utk restore calcium and potassium yg dah ilang for the previous 3 days. Milk tu utk restore calcium, banana tu pulak utk restore potassium. DAY 4 ni kita boleh makan up to 8 bananas and 3 glasses of skimmed milk.

How?: Kita start breakfast ngan 2 bananas and a glass of milk. Lunch, kalau uols taknak pisang, boleh la makan 'wonder soup' aka cabbage soup. Dinner pulak makan bananas and a glass of milk lagi.


DAY 5 - MEAT and TOMATO only



DAY 5 baru boleh makan protein - it's either u nak fish or meat, semua ok... tapi kena grilled or baked. Jgn mimpi nak goreng ok. hahhahaa.... sayur pulak tomato sahaja. Unless kalau uols nak selang seli ngan wonder soup, yg ni dibenarkan.

How?: For breakfast, makan tomato sahaja (alamak... boleh ke telan tomato jer... uwaaa). Tomato ni uols slice and letak garam skit and pepper. Ermm... tak sure RedBerry boleh telan yg nih. For lunch and dinner pulak,  uols boleh makan grilled fish or meat ngan wonder soup. Menu ni suggest makan Tuna or Salmon.  Tapi rasa nye kalau kita makan ikan bakar pun ok kan?


DAY 6 - MEAT and VEGETABLES only





DAY 6 sama jer ngan DAY 5 menu, cuma bukan restrict to tomato jer. Boleh makan salads, stir-fry vege. Rasa nye ok skit kan? Dah boleh makan meat, pulak tuh boleh makan vege pulak tuh.


DAY 7 - FRUITS + VEGETABLES and JUICES only





LAST DAY aka DAY 7 - Dah TIDAK boleh makan meat dah wokey. On the day 8 kan kena timbang. Nak tahu menjadi ke idak. So on the last day, kena makan fruits, vegetables and juices sahaja.

How?: Breakfast, kita start with makan pelbagai jenis buah. Orange, apples, watermelon, honey dew, berries etc. Makan la byk mana pun, so that kita boleh tahan lapar sampai ke lunch time. Lunch pulak kita makan salads. Dinner pulak boleh makan either fruits or vege ... together with wonder soup. Fruits or vege juices pulak, kita boleh minum anytime kita suka.



WONDER SOUP a.k.a Cabbage Soup diet




From Day 1 to Day 7, kita boleh makan wonder soup together with our meal. Wonder soup ni actually cabbage soup. Biasanye kita boil onions, green pepper, cabbage, tomato, celery. Mmg healthy habes la.


Camna uols? Boleh ke? Nampak cam ok kot.... but again.... Sanggup ke?

Nanti RedBerry updates whether berjaya ke idak RedBerry follow menu ni. Or RedBerry ada improvise ke menu nih? Tungguuuu.....

I wanna lose my weight.... 2 kgs jer boleh?

Uols meh sni nak share skit pasal my weight. Uols pun tahu kan RedBerry ni takde la tinggi sgt. So kalau bab berat ni, mmg kena jaga la. Kalau terlebey berat skit, nampak gempal. Tak suka!




RedBerry lupa la time skolah berat RedBerry brapa. Tapi tak aci, time tuh active sports. Main volleyball, lari 1500 meter, lari berganti 400 meter. Skang? Nak lari from living hall ke dapur pun mengah. Apa citer, beb? *LOL*

Masa RedBerry time college kat KL.... rasa nye berat dlm 44kgs - 46kgs kot. Tapi kan time tuh rasa ok jer. Mayb badan berat, tapi takde lemak. Logik tak? Tu kot rasa ok. Then Redberry pegi obersea. Kat sana mmg naik la. Rasa nye paling gemuk. My weight zaman gelap rasa nye 48kgs! ouucchh! wwoossshhh!!! Sampai budak2 laki panggey "J-LO".. bertapa kembang nye my butt time tuh. My siblings panggey 'zaman gelap' - coz gemuk. Muka bulat, my butt pun bulat... tapi perut takde la buncit. ermm.. mayb sebab byk minum air suam kot. Mmg la kalau ikut BMI, kalau takat 48kgs tu, dlm category NORMAL tau.. bukan overweight. Tapi horror!

Lepas tuh RedBerry balik ke Msia and start keje kat audit firm. Paham2 jer la. Then berat turun sampai la 40kgs! and... it stopped there for 5 years. Masa tu mmg la rasa tak best, coz kalau pakai baju kebaya, nampak cam apa jer. Budak kecik. Pakai baju kurung lagi la... org kata budak sekolah. aisehh man. So masa tu berusaha la nak gain weight. Makan apa jer. Mmg best la part tuh. Tapi tak naik2. Susah hati kot, keje teruk, takde bf, org dok suruh kahwin.. tension. Tu tak naik2 kot. Tapi suka coz muka panjang skit. hahaha.

Then, kahwin... alhamdulillah.. (love u, sayang)... berat maintain 40kgs in a year. Then masuk 2nd year naik skit2... from 40kgs to 42kgs... wow dah naik 2 kgs.. i was so HAPPY!! pakai baju pun nampak la body, nak beli seluar or skirts pun ada la size. *grin*

Masuk 3rd year kahwin... berat naik lagi wokey... another 1 kg.. ok la. 43kgs. Tak kurus sgt. 2 kgs.
Unfortunately, RedBerry kena operate apendiks in May 2010. Org kata lepas operate nanti badan naik. Risau gak weeyy. Tapi selera makan mmg best la. Skill masak pulak dah improve. Mau nye tak seronok makan. I gained another 1 kg within a few months ... i was 44kgs and rasa mmg best la. Mcm perfect. Kalau ikut BMI, slightly underweight... dlm 17.8 camtuh la. But i was happy! Baju size S, jeans size 24 pun muat lagi.



Lately mmg trasa berat skit. Jeans pun ketat. Padahal dah beli size 25 dah tuh lepas gain weight 44kgs tuh. Sebab rasa nak selesa skit. Now dah ketat... ermm.. nampak gaya dah bukan 44kgs ni. So masa buat medical check up last 2 weeks, masa adik kat klinik tuh said it out loud to the doctor... weight: 46 kgs! RedBerry rasa nak pitam dan dan tu jugak! OMG!! no wonder... argghhhhh.. no wonder rasa berat nak jalan... ohh Noooooo... ok.. time tuh takde la panik sgt lagi. Cuma trasa sedey. Then lepas tu, pegi umah auntie. Sekali masuk2 umah dia, salam.. dia tegur... "waahh.. dah berisi skit ni"... THEN I STARTED PANICKING!!! My mummy was there... and she just smiled. For her, dia suka badan berisi skit, nampak sexy. But for me, ohh tidakkkkkkk. No wonder la my husband selalu jer kata PERUT BUNCIT. hahahha mmg perut buncit pun. aceeehhhhh! *malu*

So since then... (baru last week la nih)... RedBerry dengan penuh keazaman (chewaaahh!)... nak diet turun kan 2 kgs jer... RedBerry nak try dapatkan balik 44kgs tuh. Tapi sanggup ke?

I am back!

Bonjour!!!! Comment allez-vous?

Chak!!! kejap ada kejap takde, mcm biskut jer kan? Kahkahkahkah... hi uols!! mesti uols wonder mana la pegi si RedBerry nih. Lepas post pasal baju Kate Middleton, terus lesap. Pindah LONDON ke? kahkahkah...

*hugzzzz* RedBerry pun winduuuuuuuuuuuuu sgt kat uols. Tapi ni bukan citer fantasy... ni semua reality... RedBerry mmg bz. Bz dok cari keje lain. and guess what... at last!!! RedBerry dapat!! Yes! i got it!!! Nasib lepas interview tu. fuhhhhhhhh!!! This week kita hari2 yg sedih la kat opis lama ni... 1 june 2011 start keje baru.

Higher pay, higher position, better benefits... and most importantly... dekat ngan my house!!!! huraaahhh!!!!



Uols happy tak for me? Happy tak??? hahahha... alhamdulillah... rezeki dari yang Maha Esa. Thank you, Allah. *tetiba rasa nak nyanyi lagu Maher Zain - Thank you, Allah*

Ok... RedBerry nak share pasal satu bende nih... mesti uols suka. Pasal dieting. Nanti RedBerry tulis kat the next post ye. RedBerry try buat la starting from TODAY. yes... TODAY 23 May 2011. Tak tahu la boleh survive ke idak. Nanti RedBerry citer apa menu nye. Mana RedBerry jumpa menu ni? Mana lagi.. internet lah ... hahhaa

Tapi why not... kita try dulu.......
