Actually RedBerry bukan nak citer pasal lagu nih, RedBerry nak citer pasal photography. Tetiba tingat lagi ni, ye la... kata kalau camera kan selalu bunyi "click click click" ... kebetulan lak lagu nih ada. Best kan lagu nih. Cute! *grin*

Anyway, RedBerry nak introduce pasangan photographer yg amat sweeettt nih, kebetulan pulak they are my officemates. Husbandnye yang cool nama AZLAN... wife dia yg cantek and chic, nama nye MIN. They are very passionate in photography. Trust me! Kalau kita ada duit lebey, mesti trasa nak beli makeup and handbag. But for them... kalau tak beli lens for their cameras, tak sah! Kalau tak silap, mmg dah lama they all minat bab ni, cuma they seriously involved in the photography since last year. Byk jugak project2 yg they all buat. Say Please and Thank You

If someone say THANK YOU or rather TERIMA KASIH to you... how do you feel? Kita rasa being appreciated kan? Dihargai.

RedBerry bukan nak citer apa pun. Tapi RedBerry pernah came across this one article and someone pernah tulis dlm blog pasal ni. Senang jer... just say Thanks! or Terima Kasih! ... it makes a HUGE different.

Contohnye, kita terkejar2 nak masuk, and dah dekat2 pintu lift nak tutup, sekali ada org tekan nak bukak pintu. Trasa hangin la jugak. Ye la.. dah a few second dah lambat nih. Tapi if that someone tetiba cakap, "thank you" and smile at you... sejuk balik hati... Tak pasal2 kita pun smile back at him/her. Tapi kalau dia masuk lift, buat bodoh jer, trasa bengang la jugak. Mesti dlm hati kita rasa, "isshh..!! at least cakap la terima kasih, penat jer aku tunggu". Ye tak? *grin*

Manusia.. mmg suka dihargai. Kita mmg suka kalau rasa dihargai. Power nye word TERIMA KASIH tuh kan?

Satu lagi word "PLEASE". Kat Msia rata2 RedBerry prasan, kita jarang guna perkataan PLEASE. Kalau kita kat overseas particularly yg ada mat salleh, it's part of their culture to say PLEASE. Tak kisah la whether nak mintak tolong ke tidak. Tapi for us, if we want to ask someone a favour or something, then baru kita cakap, "tolong" or "please", rite? RedBerry tak sure la uols mcm mana kan? Tapi tu based on my observation and diri RedBerry sendiri lah.

Masa RedBerry kat Dublin dulu, ada satu kes ni, RedBerry ingat sampai skang. Sampai biler2 i will ingat this incident. Bukan Incident apa pun, rasa nye org lain tak ingat pun. Tapi cukup memberi kesan kat RedBerry. Time tuh baru sampai la, kira baru seminggu. Jakun lagi dok kat obersea nih. So tgh2 bz nak register ke apa, sekali this one lady dtg kat counter and tanye RedBerry nak apa. RedBerry pun cakap la nak amik barang ke apa entah (sorry lupa), tapi RedBerry LUPA to say PLEASE. Kata dah biasa ngan culture kita kan. Contohnye la kan:

Scenario 1:

Lady A: Hi, may i help you?

RedBerry: Yes, i would like to collect my parcel. (terlupa nak cakap "please")

Lady A: Which one? Is that the green one?

RedBerry: Yes. (RedBerry terlupa nak cakap "thank you")

That Lady A tgk jer muka RedBerry. Tapi dia sabar lagi.

Lady A: Here you go. Would like to have a bag (plastic bag)?

RedBerry: Yes. (again!!!!! terlupa nak cakap "please") *ketuk dahi kat dinding*

Lady A: "PLEASE"

RedBerry: errrrr... what? (blur... rasa nak tampar diri sendiri)

Lady A: Please say "PLEASE" everytime you want to ask some favours from some else. It's rude not to say PLEASE.

RedBerry tercengang.. and say SORRY.. and thank you. Terus blah.. dah malu nih. Hahahahhaha.. aseeemmm!!

Betul jugak. Aduihh kena seketul. Tapi it's a good lesson for me lah. Patut nye RedBerry cakap camni:

Scenario 2:

Lady A: Hi, may i help you?

RedBerry: Hello.. Yes, PLEASE. I would like to collect my parcel.

Lady A: Which one? Is that the green one?

RedBerry: Yes, it is. thank you (and smile).  

Lady A: Here you go. Would like to have a bag (plastic bag)?

RedBerry: Yes, PLEASE.

Lady A: Here you are.

RedBerry: Thank you. Have a great day!

Kan nampak POLITE skit. Nampak la kita appreciate dia tolong amik barang ke kita ye tak? Dia pun happy tlg kita.

So sama la kalau kita kat Msia ni pun. Takkan nak tunggu nampak mat salleh jer nak start being polite kan? Kita sesama sendiri lagi la kena being polite and respect each other. Contoh paling dekat, kalau kat toll. Mmg la kita bayar toll tuh, tapi tak salah kan, kita cakap hello and say thank you (sebab bukak palang tuh). Being thankful for their services. At least they all rasa dihargai la. Agree?

Tetiba RedBerry teringat pasal incident kat Dublin tuh. It's a good lesson tho. So ladies, thanks for supporting and reading my blog for all this while. Keep reading my blog, please! *grin*

Lama nye RedBerry tak update the blog!!! Winduuuuuuuuuuuu. Tetiba tingat lagi Rindu Setengah Mati - D'masiv. Lagu tu mmg best lah. Kalau RedBerry naik motor, mana boleh bercakap ngan MRB kan? So apa lagi dok nyanyi la sorang2 lagu nih. Trasa sore RedBerry paling sedap la dlm dunia (coz RedBerry jer yg dengar.. kahkahkah). Ampunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!

Uols baca jer title kat atas tuh, agak2 boleh teka tak pasal apa? Hahhaaa... Chewahhh! Kalau tgk title tu cam gempak jer kan? *grin* Siap ada "signature look" tuh.. zasss zasss!! Layaannn! :P

Anyway, in my previous entry, i did mention that i am gonna do EOTD (eye of the day) and FOTD (face of the day). Remember? So kalau di pikir pikir, tak syok la semua letak dlm "Classique Red Berry"... coz this blog is meant for something that i wanna share with my readers, about life, music, dance, nostalgia, beauty, magazines, movies etc. So far pasal makeup pun RedBerry tulis dlm ni kan. Ye lah, kata ada satu blog jer. Semua rojak dlm nih. kehkehkeh *grin*

Since RedBerry ada intention nak buat EOTD and FOTD using MANLY 120 palette that i just bought few weeks ago, so why not i just create another BEAUTY blog specifically for beauty and makeup. What say u? 

Actually RedBerry dah create pun. Tu yg dah lama tak update blog ni. Dok usha2 camna nak create another blog. Ye la. Masa RedBerry create this blog pun, puas RedBerry dok search sana sini tau. Kata first time. Ni second time dah tahu dah skit, cuma nak buat lain skit. After a few days la jugak dok merenung blog satu lagi, at last berjaya la jugak.

Walaupun tak sempurna (tetiba tingat lagu YUNA.. ishhh)... tapi at least ada la something for a start. So biler dah rajin nak buat EOTD and FOTD nanti RedBerry akan upload gambar kat situ. Tapi uols jgn la abandon this blog. Uols follow both blogs ok? *grin*

In this blog, RedBerry akan citer pasal bende lain. Pasal life, vacation, food, music, citer2, kebaya, sinetron etc. In another blog, i will share with u about beauty, makeup, eotd, fotd etc. Ok tak? Uols jgn la pening2, kalau uols follow dua2 blog ni, uols tahu la apa yg RedBerry update ok? *wink*

Title atas tuh actually the name of my second blog. I'll be still using "classiqueredberry".. it's some kind of a signature / brand name for myself. Takde la uols lost kalau masuk sana sini situ sinun... nampak jer classiqueredberry... it's me! :P

Hey beautiful! Cava? Hopefully u r in the PINK of health! Kalau uols tgk title for this post, mesti uols boleh agak. If we talk about rainbow, what comes across your mind? Yes! COLORS definitely! There is a song by Deana Carter and it goes like this:

RedBerry bukan nak citer abt this song or rainbow. It's abt eyemakeup. Nama pun eyemakeup, so mesti la something to do with eyeshadows. ye tak? Ohh!! I LOVE eyeshadows! Nak beli eyeshadow MAC or Bobbi Brown byk2 tak mampu, so i decided to go for a cheaper one... which comes with palette. Alang2 beli, baik beli byk terus. Kata nak practice. Kehkehkehkeh :P

Last month, dengan tekun nye, RedBerry study la pasal eyeshadow palette. Byk baca review, tgk youtube etc - sampai lebam tau! hahaha... Biler dah puas hati with my so-called research (ewwahh...kkkelasss kan?), i finally decided to buy Professional MANLY 120 Colors eyeshadow Palette. *grin*

Pagi tadi bangun awal2, excited nak pegi amik parcel kat post office. Kata last week Post ofc tutup. Punye la seksa tunggu another week. At last!!! Here it is! Taaarraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.......

At the back of the palette, it states the manufacturer and expiry date... It's in June 2013!! Yeayy!!!

The palette has two layers of the colors.

The first layer, the colors are darker and warmer. There are white, silver, black, dark green/blue, purple and brown.

Second layer of the palette, the colors are more bright and vibrant - bright blues, greens and yellows.

Love it!!! Love it!! Love it!!!!!!! See! takde satu pun yg broken. It's perfect!!! Hahhaa.. ohh yessssss! Alang-alang menyeluk pekasam, biar lah terus beli 120 palette! Tamak tau! *LOL* I bought this from Meg - skinny heels. It only costs me RM56 + RM8 (postage) = RM64. Mana nak dapat 120 eyeshadow palette with the total cost of RM64? Apparently, this is the cheapest i came across thus far. Ramai yg jual ni online. Other sellers would sell it at RM80 or more for the palette. Tu pun tak termasuk postage charge lagi tu.

Kalau uols nak tgk youtube, uols boleh la search for Manly 120 palette. It is pigmented and has fun, vibrant colors. Dlm Youtube pun ramai yg beli this palette. Jom kita tgk one of the reviews:

So how? Interesting kan? Nanti RedBerry try buat EOTD (eye of the day) using this 120 palette.

Bobbi Brown creamy eye pencil.... love it!

RedBerry dah lama tak usha2 Bobbi Brown. Ye lah, kata sekali beli boleh last for a year or two. Pulak tu RedBerry takde la hari2 kan? Kalau pegi keje, pakai skit2 jer. Eyeshadow, lipsticks and bedak. Kalau rajin baru pakai eyeliner, and kaler la skit eyebrow tuh. Or else. Simple habes.

Tapi these 2-3 days RedBerry ada dok usha2 kat youtube pasal eyemakeup. Tetiba dapat idea nak beli pencil eyeliner. Selalu nye RedBerry guna gel eyeliner (Bobbi Brown) or auto eyeliner pencil (Elianto) - yg ni takyah nak ada sharpener ke apa. Both are really senang nak guna. Liquid? ermm.. yg tu nanti dah expert and tangan pun dah 'straight' nanti, RedBerry akan try liquid eyeliner pulak. *grin*

So yesterday RedBerry pegi la usha2 Bobbi Brown counter at Isetan, KLCC. RedBerry suka jugak pegi counter nih, coz MUA dia mmg frenly and melayan kita habes. Apa kita tanye they will try their best to answer u. Tapi so far the best is Bobbi Brown stand alone store at Pavilion.

Anyway, yesterday i got myself Bobbi Brown Creamy Eye Pencil in JET! It costs me RM80. For me, it's a bit pricey for a pencil eyeliner. If i am not mistaken, MAC powerpoint eye pencil is cheaper. Tapi kan, why did i go for Bobbi Brown? Jom kita tgk:

Kalau uols nak tahu, before RedBerry apa2 makeup, skin care, makeup tool etc, RedBerry akan baca review dulu. Compare price, compare quality... compare segala compare lah *grin* Bukan apa, coz RedBerry taknak lepas beli rasa menyesal. Ada yg org kata best, tapi actually tak ngam ngan kita kan. So kalau rajin baca review, uols boleh la tgk apa other users cakap pasal items yg uols nak beli tuh.

For those yg dah biasa sgt ngan pencil eyeliner ni, of coz la uols tahu kan? Nama pun pencil, so kena la ada sharpener. Dok pk2 jugak, nak beli MAC or Bobbi Brown. Kalau MAC the price is around RM50-RM60 plus the sharpener is another RM10-RM15 (if i am not mistaken). Kalau uols nak confirm, please visit MAC counter please. The staying power, most of the reviewers said it last longer than other pencil eyeliners.

Kalau Bobbi Brown pulak, the pencil eyeliner costs me RM80. It comes together with the sharpener. Since RedBerry pernah guna gel liner from Bobbi Brown and it is FANTASTIC! RedBerry rasa it's better for me to go for Bobbi Brown jugak la. Pasal staying power tuh, RedBerry tak kisah sgt. Kalau dah agak2 cam dah tak terang, re-apply jer la. *grin*

Or am i being bias here? *smile*

 I chose JET, which is black. Senang nak match ngan semua eyeshadow. Before bayar tuh, of coz la RedBerry tried dulu eyeliner nih. Yelah, nak suruh MUA tgk betul ke cara RedBerry guna. One thing la yg best pasal eyeliner nih, it's creamy. Nama pun creamy eye pencil of coz la texture dia creamy kan? Hahaha. Anyway, mmg senang uols nak apply kat mata. RedBerry mmg suka lah!

Smudger

RedBerry dah lama nak smudger nih. Last time RedBerry tgk Simply Siti, tapi RedBerry tak suka pencil eyeliner dia. Dia tak creamy mcm Bobbi Brown. RedBerry nak sgt smudger nih, coz senang nak buat smokey eyes. Apply eyeliner tebal skit kat mata tuh, and smudge la guna smudger nih. So since dah lama dok usha yg ada smudger nih, RedBerry lagi la happy nak beli yg ni. Creamy pencil eyeliner with a smudger. Puas hati. Pulak tuh, ada sharpener. Isshhh... rugi tak beli. Kalau RedBerry tak beli yesterday, rasa nye takleh tido malam :P

Makeup practice #5 - day makeup

Last Saturday, I invited my sister, brother-in-law and their two sons to Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club. Saja la dah lama tak jumpa my nephews tuh. We had brunch and lepak-lepak tepi swimming pool. Kasik chan la the boys main-main air. Lepas tuh pegi tgk horses. Aduihhh best giler layan budak-budak. Kita pun jd cam budak. Kehekhkeh.

Anyway, RedBerry nak share makeup yg RedBerry created for that day.

Eventho RedBerry pakai baju kaler brown and black, tapi RedBerry letak eyeshadow kaler green. Why? Coz Kasut RedBerry kaler green! Hahaha... saja jer la.. just playing with colors. Ok apa?

I tried to keep the makeup very minimal. Tgh2 hari buta, kalau makeup tebal kan, nampak over sgt pulak. Tapi minimal camna pun, still kasik nampak la coz nak amik gambar :D

So camna? Uols suka tak makeup nih? Kalau tak suka, let me know why please. :D

This post dah lama dah dlm draft. Al-maklumlah... bz bee. So paham2 je la. Actually saja nak share ngan uols. Last CNY kan cuti panjang. Lepas balik from SP, ada lagi 2 days camtuh cuti. Saja la nak rest and lepak with my dearest Mr RedBerry. We went to Sunway Pyramid for makan-makan, jalan-jalan, window shopping, usha-usha orang.. hehhee.

That day RedBerry pakai baju putih and ada skit kaler green and jeans. Kasut, RedBerry pakai flat shoes jer. Kata santai kan? Makeup pun try buat very minimal lah. Rambut try buat ikat separuh. Ok la kan? What say u?

Anyway, masa tgh makan-makan kat 1901, tetiba RedBerry nampak sorang ni. Her look was very familiar. Pakai sempoi jer. Her makeup was very light. Nampak cam biasa jer la. Tapi since camera dah ada dlm handbag, tanye jer la. Just say hi :P

"Excuse me... Yana ke?" hahahhaha jgn marah, RedBerry main terjah jer. Kalau silap org, tak malu.. cakap jer la SORRY. *grin*

Sekali dia kata, "a'ah" and dia angguk! Waaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh SITI KELEMBAI!!! kalau uols tak tahu sapa Yana Shamsudin, uols pernah tgk citer Adnan Sempit tak? Yg jd secretary pada Intan Lydiana tuh.. or kalau uols tgk citer SITI KELEMBAI... then uols tahu la who she is then *smile*
